Laughter Yoga is a unique and gentle form of exercise that combines breathing techniques from yoga with laughter exercises. This brings extra oxygen into the body, creating feel-good hormones called endorphins while releasing stress! This produces a joy cocktail that makes us feel more energetic and healthier. It can be practiced standing or sitting in a chair by EVERY body, regardless of age or fitness level. If you can breathe, you can do Laughter Yoga! No yoga mat is needed, and this program is open to attendees of all ages (ages 5-105). It’s best to do Laughter Yoga on an empty stomach.
