 Immerse into Sacred Sounding of the Universal Mantra I AM for internal resonance and peace. 

I AM is one of the most widely used Mantras for spiritual connection and expansive awareness. In Sanskrit, an ancient language from the East, its wording is 'Sat Nam' which translates as 'Truth is my
¡dentity' or in the name of Truth. What is Truth? How do we find it? These days, with so much information/stimulation downloading and exciting our senses how do we even begin to decipher what Truth means? What is its nature? In this hands on workshop together we will explore the I AM Mantra through chanting, song, meditation, contemplation and journaling. This workshop welcomes newcomers and seasoned chanters.
